1.Shipping Terms

1.1 Delivery Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS)

    • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout

    • Tracking: Provided within 24 hrs after dispatch

  • Sea Freight (FOB/CIF)

    • FOB (Free On Board): Buyer arranges main carriage

    • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We handle shipping to your port

    • Lead Time: 15-30 days after production

  •    Delivery delays due to customs/carrier issues are not our responsibility.

 

1.2 Shipping Responsibilities

  • Customs & Duties:

    • Buyers are responsible for all import taxes (DDU)

  • Loss/Damage in Transit:

    • Claims must be filed with the carrier within 7 days of delivery

    • We provide documentation support but are not liable

1.3 Returns & Lost Shipments

  • Buyer covers return shipping unless our error.

  • Lost shipments: We resend only after carrier investigation (typically 30 days)

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Accepted Methods

T/T (Bank Transfer)

or Alipay

 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. (photos or vedio would be shared)
L/C at Sight Irrevocable LC via top-tier banks only
PayPal 100% upfront (for orders <$1,000)

 

2.2 Payment Timeline

    • New Clients: 100% advance payment required

    • Repeat Clients (>3 orders):

    • 50% deposit, balance due within 5 days of shipment notification

2.3 Production & Cancellation

    • Production begins after deposit clearance

    • Cancellation Fee:

    • 50% if canceled after production starts

    • 100% if canceled after shipment
